Terms & conditions

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of PillSoGood, a network for approved BC community pharmacies to coordinate surplus medication inventory. By creating an account or using the network, you agree to these terms.

1. Access and approval

PillSoGood is limited to approved pharmacies and their staff. To join, you must claim your pharmacy and complete verification, including submitting your College of Pharmacists of BC licence for review. We may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.

2. Your account

3. What the network does

PillSoGood helps pharmacies list surplus inventory and connect with other pharmacies that need it. The network does not process payments, arrange delivery, or take custody of any medication.

Payment and pickup are coordinated between pharmacies outside the network. Each pharmacy remains responsible for complying with its own licensing, transfer, expiry, storage, and other legal obligations, and for settling its own transactions.

4. No patient data

Patient data is never allowed on PillSoGood. Do not enter or share patient names, Personal Health Numbers (PHNs), birth dates, prescriptions, prescription images, clinical notes, or dispensing records anywhere on the network. Messages that may contain PHN-like numbers are flagged and may be blocked.

5. Prohibited products and conduct

6. Intellectual property

© 2026 PillSoGood. All rights reserved. The PillSoGood name, logo, and site content belong to the PillSoGood team. You keep the rights to the listings and information you post.

7. Disclaimers

The network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that trades will happen, or that the network will be available without interruption.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PillSoGood is not liable for losses arising from off-platform transactions, expired or unsold inventory, decisions made using the network, or any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts involved with patient data or prohibited products. Accounts that never complete the claim process are deleted automatically after 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will communicate it to approved pharmacies. Continued use of the network means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
